Chances are if you want to speak to us you’ll speak to the same one or two people each time, we’re contactable, we answer the phone, we haven’t got an 18 step phone system or a large call centre. And because we haven’t got many layers of management you’ll speak to the person who can give you an answer and get the job done
2. We’ll get to know you. Each customer for us is personal - if you’re happy we’re happy. We get to know your requirements and if we think we can change or improve anything we’ll let you know, likewise we are happy to do things your way if that suits you better
3. We’re flexible. Need your skip emptying tomorrow? We’re on it! Run out of space in your warehouse? How many pallet locations do you need? We will always try our best to help
4. We’ve got very high standards. We have maintained our ISO 9001 and 14001 certification since 2001. We have WAMITAB and ADR certified staff and we take great pride in what we do
5. We might be small but don’t underestimate us! We are very capable and haven’t yet found a job that is bigger than us
