- give advice on best practice for the storage and collection of all waste materials including recommendations about the best containers to use for your volume and security measures for more valuable metals
- advise on sorting or separating and any improvements you can make in your waste management procedures in order to achieve the greatest return from your scrap metal. Keeping metals sorted and not mixed will always allow us to pay the best available price
- provide skips, ro-ros, bins and other containers FREE OF CHARGE as part of our service
- make collections FREE OF CHARGE (subject to minimum weights) to a pre-agreed schedule or on a next day basis - when you need a collection just pick up the phone and book it in
- always be at the end of the phone to answer any questions. We understand that every business has individual requirements and we aim to meet these. Personal attention is given to each customer and customer satisfaction will always be our top priority

* scrap machines, tools and plant that are not suitable for resale, including guaranteed certified finite secure destruction for
sensitive items if required
* obsolete/ quality failure manufactured, assembled and packaged products can be stripped down to individual components:
different types of metal, plastic and cardboard packaging for example. The metal can then be purchased according to grade rather
than as mixed grade metal which achieves a greater value, even after labour and waste has been accounted for. Alternatively we
can purchase manufactured items from you on a ‘job lot’ basis to process at our own expense (with a no onward sale agreement)
* ad-hoc clearance jobs such as factory refits or other projects. We have worked across many industries over the years and have
experience disposing of the majority of waste items
